The setting of hotel was great, near center of Mendoza. The rooms were spotlessly clean with nice view down tree lined avenue towards andes and the breakfast was hot.

In spite of our short visit the attention was excellent, we went for a weekend in a hurry without much plan and we were pleasantly surprised with the willingness of the staff to help us in our requirements. For travel reasons we arrived at the hotel in the morning (having been warned at the time of booking of this situation) they allowed us to make an early check-in at 10:00am. That was a plus. At noon we asked the front desk if they could recommend any tour of the city and staff very kindly accompanied us to the travel agency. At check-out time we asked to leave our luggage in the hold so there was no problem. We also asked for a computer to check in at the airport, they gave us a laptop to do it comfortably. In general I would like to highlight the attention that the staff showed us. always very attentive to our needs, As far as the hotel infrastructure is concerned. there is nothing to say, it is what you can see in the pictures, first class hotel with renovated rooms,

The lounge area was beautifully decorated with candle chandeliers and water fountains. I felt at home immediately when I entered the space.
More accessible dining options for seniors would help.

The lounge area is good, with candle chandeliers and water fountains, making it feel like a cozy art gallery that welcomes everyone, including seniors like me.

Comfortable, nice, nice, clean, right-sized room. Tea service in the room very useful before going to sleep. Very comfortable beds, just like the armchairs, TV of adequate size, well soundproofed, perfect air conditioning. Good quality breakfast.
The arrival was somewhat chaotic, I think poorly attended to given the price being paid. It may have been just a bad day for the receptionist, but I got a very bad impression. They even gave us a room that was occupied when we entered, fortunately we didn't see anything unseemly since my daughter entered the room without thinking it was occupied. We had to go back to the reception to change the room. And the two people in reception were just arguing with each other, as if I cared about their problems, without giving me a clear excuse for what happened.

A formerly elegant hotel, still trying to maintain its South American flair. The morning breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. They offer a reasonable midday meal. Liked the kingsized bed. Enjoyed the pool area. Location made getting around easy.
Had a few struggles with getting the booking correct with the front desk. Good thing we had the Bookings.com app on the phone, c/w all messages sent to the hotel. They got it right in the end.

I had to leave earlier than breakfast was served, and the front desk staff offered me a croissant and coffee.
Air conditioner could have been a bit more forceful for the price I paid. No business center/staff couldn't print a boarding pass for me.

Huentala was an excellent choice for my business trip. The location is ideal, centrally situated near many amenities, easy to manage work commitments. I found the rooms to be quite comfortable and well-equipped for a productive stay. The breakfast buffet was a good spread with plenty of options including fresh fruit, assorted pastries, and hot dishes. The staff were attentive and resolved any minor issues quickly and efficiently.
Minor issues with check-out delay.

Nice entrance, foyer and breakfast area. Staff were quite helpful.
Everything beyond the foyer was a bit shabby and in need of an upgrade. Just a run of the mill hotel, could be cleaner and nicer.

The hotel has got a very elegant style, delicious cuisine, friendly staff and is located very cetrally. The price is definitely worth the stay. Also don't miss the pool. Next time we come to Mendoza, we want ot stay here again.
Internet connection could be stronger, especially on the top floor. We called the reception for help, but sadly they couldn't do much about it, as it is obviously the router's short reach. In the lobby, internet works fine though.

central location, wine tasting evenings, ample storage space
A major downside includes unexpected loud parties disrupting sleep!!! The outdated decor also leaves much to be desired compared to nearby hotels. Check-out delays due to room inspections felt unnecessary and inconvenient for departing guests!!!
